If that mission has you hungry in more ways than one, you've found the right job posting. The role: The Cooling Specialist executes cooling workflows with chef teams in the CookUnity Facility. They ensure that cooling records are being completed and tracked for all items, and they measure performance daily. Responsibilities: Daily cooling workflows in operations Oversee cooling logs completion for all items Ensure that the plating of food is happening at the designated temperature Perform critical checks, including temperature monitoring equipment Executed batch cooling processes for all hot items during a shift Ensure cooling and cooling records are ready for local regulators and third-party auditors. Collaborate with the Food Safety team to deliver chef and employee training on food safety cooling practices. Provide detailed reports on compliance status and recommendations for continuous improvement. Track all metrics related to cooling
