Veliki Crljeni, Serbia Opis posla: • Manages and coordinates all local activities of the conveyor belt production process • Ensures the realization of production processes, ie the production of semi-finished and finished products in accordance with the company's procedures and customer requirements. • Translates the company's production strategy into action plans and ensures their implementation • Contributions to the strategic and operational planning of the company (eg in terms of investment, capacity and planning of the number of employees) • Initiates and implements activities for continuous improvement by applying CBS methods and training measures • Participates in global or local production projects and projects that require cross-functional cooperation • Implements and conducts activities in accordance with the established budget • Ensures the realization of financial goals • Participates in the development of annual and monthly operational production plans • Prepares periodic reports on the realization of production and performance of workers, monitors and analyzes the realization of production from the aspect of achieved quality and utilization and availability of production capacities and proposes measures for improvement • Participates in activities for the development of new products and services • Performs tasks provided by the documents of the quality management system, in accordance with the education, the necessary knowledge and skills • Ensures the improvement of the efficiency of the organization by assisting in the implementation of training initiatives, planning, implementation, coordination and monitoring of all training and development programs and
