Job Description: As a Criminal Law Specialist (m/f/diverse), you will play a key role in strengthening our global compliance framework, ensuring integrity, trust, and legal certainty across all business areas worldwide. Your Key Responsibilities: Criminal Law & Compliance Expertise Act as the central expert for all criminal law-related matters and advise the business on appropriate responses Continuously develop and improve the global Compliance Management System with a focus on criminal law Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into practical compliance improvements Drive global compliance initiatives, including policies, training, communication, and integrity culture Support continuous compliance risk analysis and early detection mechanisms in close cooperation with relevant functions Build
