Our campus is designed to heal the body, mind and spirit of every person in a more comfortable, less stressful hospital environment. Our full range of medical services include a new Pavilion featuring enhancements in heart & vascular care, surgery, maternity, cancer care, and diagnostic imaging. CHI Health Lasting Hope Recovery Center uses a Trauma Informed Care model to provide for the immediate needs of those in crisis. The center follows a multi-occurring treatment model, meaning that patients with a mental illness and a substance abuse diagnosis will have both addressed within their treatment plan. The center also incorporates evidence-based practices, such as Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) and Peer Support Specialists. Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Senior HR Business Partner (Sr HRBP) for Mercy Hospital and Lasting Hope Recovery Center, you will help align business objectives with employees and management in designated departments, facilities, markets and/or divisions. The Sr HRBP may be assigned division-wide projects and initiatives. Every day you will serve as an evidence-based consultant to management on Human Resource related issues, including but not limited to employee relations, labor relations, performance management, training, policy application, organizational development, workforce planning, ADA interactive process and compensation.
