RN Inpatient Rehab UNAVAILABLE, UNAVAILABLE, UNAVAILABLE Where You'll Work Located on the sixth floor of St. Francis, the 13-bed inpatient rehabilitation area offers care that focuses on improving a patient's mobility and independence through physical, occupational, and speech therapies. St. Francis sees patients dealing with the physical effects of stroke, fractures, arthritis, cardiac surgery, or neurological diseases. CHI Health St. Francis was established in Grand Island, Nebraska. in 1887. Today our hospital is a regional referral center with more than 100 physicians and more than 1100 employees working together to build a healthier community. Our goal is to provide patients with high-quality medical care close to home where they can be supported by their family friends and community. #CHIMSRES22 Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Inpatient Rehab Nurse at St. Francis Medical Center, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, your ultimate goal is restoring your patients' health, so they have the ability to care for themselves. Along with physicians and other members of your rehab team, you will go along on the patients' journey, providing care and education so they can resume their lives at home with their families.
