Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Technologist Lead of the Radiology-Diagnostic department, you will help the clinical staff, Radiologists, and patients ensure the smooth and safe daily operation of the department so they can maintain high standards of patient care and departmental efficiency. Every day you will oversee the daily work assignments of clinical staff and ensure the quality of all departmental imaging and data. You will be expected to utilize good radiation safety practices, perform technical and clerical functions including operating teleradiology and PACS systems, and collaborate with Radiologists and supervisors on protocols and exam prioritization. To be successful in this role, you must perform routine assignments independently, consistently prioritize tasks, and maintain professional licensure.
