Job Summary and Responsibilities We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join the CHI Franciscan Health at Home team. The PTA assists patients, in the comfort of their own homes, to regain their independence by improving their mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities. The PTA works collaboratively with the PT, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care and achieve established goals.
