Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Clinic Peds Nurse, at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, you will help the healthcare team who contributes to the success the practice by demonstrating customer/patient focus, effective communication, professionalism, and teamwork. Every day you will collaborate with our providers to diagnose and treat patients with various illnesses, from the common cold to chronic conditions.. You will be expected to focus on wellness programs such as comprehensive screenings, risk assessments, and preventative health education for all patient populations. To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of pediatric development and common childhood illnesses, along with a compassionate approach to patient care. Perform general nursing care to patients by following established standards and procedures. Obtain patient consent for care and ensures patient confidentiality.
