One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Day Full Time NICU Nurse Shift Manager, you will help our nursing staff provide exceptional patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit so they can ensure the highest standards of safety and well-being for our patients. Every day you will supervise and assign nursing staff, monitor patient conditions, and educate staff on best practices. You will be expected to proactively manage staffing needs, maintain supply levels, and ensure accurate patient records for seamless operations.
