As our Nurse Manager ICU at Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center, you'll oversee upwards of 50 critical care staff and act as the conduit between these caregivers and leadership teams. You will communicate the organization's goals to the staff as we constantly seek to improve patient experience and outcomes.
