Job Summary and Responsibilities Become a highly valued, adaptable Registered Nurse in our Campus Float Pool. This unique role at CHI Health offers an unparalleled opportunity to rapidly expand your clinical skills by caring for diverse patient populations across multiple departments and modalities. Earn significant tiered premium differentials (10%, 15%, or 20%) for your versatility, plus standard night/weekend pay. As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality patient care according to the specific orders of each patient's individual physician. This will involve utilizing your knowledge and skills to educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits.
