Infusion RN UNAVAILABLE, UNAVAILABLE, UNAVAILABLE Where You'll Work CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, part of CommonSpirit Heath, a national nonprofit health system based in Englewood, Colorado. The faith-based system operates in 18 states and includes 103 hospitals. Additional services offered within the system are: long-term care, assisted and residential living communities, community health services organizations, home health agencies, and numerous outpatient facilities. Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Infusion Nurse at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, you will administer intravenous (IV) therapies and medications, ensuring safe and effective patient care delivery.Every day you will assess needs, manage infusion devices, meticulously prepare and administer medications, educate patients, and monitor for complications.To be successful, you will demonstrate exceptional clinical assessment, precise technical proficiency, compassionate communication, and adherence to sterile and safety protocols. Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and managing appointments for outpatient infusions and procedures. Performs infusion and procedures as ordered. Coordinates with other clinical departments and ancillary services to ensure timely delivery of care. May delegate performance of some procedures and infusions to other clinical areas during off-shifts, weekends and/or when work load demands.
