Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Health Information Management Representative (HIM) Representative, you will handle requests for patient health information, ensuring proper authorization and adherence to privacy regulations like HIPAA. You will accurately process, scan, and file medical records, maintaining the integrity of our electronic and paper health information systems.Every day you will retrieve and organize patient charts, assist healthcare providers with record access, and perform quality checks on documentation.
