Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Director Nursing Med/Surg and Tele for Mercy Hospitals of Bakersfield, you will direct the operations of 6 medical/surgical and telemetry units totaling 192 beds across 2 campuses. Every day, you will work with the Sr. Director Nursing and Executive leadership team on key strategies and initiatives, and provide oversight of 5 Managers of Nursing for financial, quality, safety, patient experience. and standardization across the 6 units.
