Critical Care Tech Float Pool Penrose Hospital UNAVAILABLE, UNAVAILABLE, UNAVAILABLE Where You'll Work We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system. Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Critical Care Tech, you will perform direct and indirect patient care in collaboration with RNs or physicians, facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the team to meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient. Every day you will assist in patient care, order/receive/stock supplies for the department/unit, and help support staff with filing, medical records, and various daily tasks, all while ensuring continuous communication and collaboration within the care team.
