CHI St. Alexius Health Williston proudly provides primary care, specialty care, family medicine, 3D mammography, orthopedics, neurology, and several other health services to our Williston community. Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Clinic RN Lead at CHI St. Alexius Health Williston, you will function in the role/capacity of a clinic RN, and perform all clinic RN Duties, as designated or assigned. Work under supervision of licensed medical staff to provide direct patient care and instruction/education to patients during the course of a visit, phone call or other means of after visit care, from the ambulatory setting. Assist Manager and/or Leadership with staffing & clinical workflows of designated work area(s). Exercise independent judgment and perform minimal supervision of others. Evaluate and assess patient health needs. Advise patients regarding appropriate plan(s) of care. Administer medications by oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous, intradermal routes, Refer patients for additional health services based on need. Recognize medical emergencies and initiate immediate action Accurately document all services provided. Monitor and assure efficient workflow within designated work areas Assist Manager/Leadership with clinical staffing plans within designated areas. Facilit
