Clinic RN UNAVAILABLE, UNAVAILABLE, UNAVAILABLE Where You'll Work CHI St. Alexius Health Washburn Family Clinic is a provider based rural health clinic affiliated with CHI St. Alexius Health Turtle Lake, a critical access hospital. Sue Wardner, FNP, Amy Gotvaslee, FNP, and Amanda Schmidt, FNP see patients at the clinic as well as take call at the hospital. CHI St. Alexius Health Washburn Family Clinic offers full range family practice services including care of all chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and asthma, routine physicals for adults and children. Well women exams are available in association with "Women's Way", which offers free well women exams to women over 40 who are uninsured or underinsured. Same day clinic appointments available. Dexa Scan (bone density) services are offered once a month by appointments only. CT services are available at CHI St. Alexius Health Turtle Lake. CHI St. Alexius Health Washburn Clinic is a National Health Service Corps provider. CHI St. Alexius Health Turtle Lake is a 25 bed critical access hospital with a Level V Emergency Department that is available 24 hours a day. Our hospital has been committed to providing patients quality medical treatment in the Turtle Lake area and surrounding communities since 1952. Through the years, the hospital has sought to continually upgrade the quality and numbers of services it provides.
