Our full range of medical services includes trauma services, heart and vascular care, emergency services, surgery, maternity, cancer care, and diagnostic imaging. Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Cardiac Rehab RN, you will be a pivotal caregiver, guiding patients through critical cardiac recovery and empowering them and their families with life-changing support and education.Every day, you will expertly assess complex cardiac conditions, meticulously monitor patient progress, and collaborate seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team to optimize healing and long-term wellness plans, ensuring no two days are alike.To be successful in this role, you will combine acute assessment skills and an adaptable, detail-oriented approach with a compassionate drive to go the extra mile, shaping enduring positive health outcomes for every patient. Administers nursing care to inpatient and outpatient cardiopulmonary rehabilitation participants; includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient's plan of care in coordination with the physician.
