About this role
BizOps Strategist San Francisco, California, United States The Role Comfy is the open, modular platform powering the next generation of visual AI workflows. We're hiring a BizOps Strategist to help us scale, someone who can take a messy problem, figure out what matters, and drive it to a result. You'll own initiatives end-to-end across ops, product, and go-to-market, with real autonomy and real impact. What You'll Do - Conduct market, user, and competitive research to inform pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. - Build and maintain analytics dashboards (e.g. SQL/Excel) to track acquisition, engagement, conversion, and campaign ROI. - Synthesizes revenue, cost, and pipeline data into operational recommendations - Lead growth campaigns, pricing or product experiments, and community initiatives from concept through execution and analysis. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing/GTM, and Community teams to translate strategy into product features and process improvements. - Design and optimize operational workflows and tools to automate tasks and scale the business. - Run A/B tests, pilots, and surveys to validate ideas and optimize performance. Must-Haves - 3-8 years across strategy, biz/ops, or growth. Ideally in a scrappy startup or high-output consulting environment (MBB/Big 4) where you had to figure things out, not just execute playbooks. - You use AI tools the way a senior analyst used to use Excel - fluently, daily, and to punch above your weight. - Analytical foundation in SQL and/or data modeling; you can get from raw data to a decision-ready insight without waiting on a data team. - Operates
