About the Position: As a Senior Director - Tax with Cologix you will partner with executive leadership to define and optimize the Company's global tax strategy and provide thought leadership and expertise in support of a variety of growth strategies including the acquisition and/or construction of new data centers. You will lead the continued development and scalability of the tax function to support rapid organizational growth. Operationally, you will lead a team of internal and external resources to ensure the timely, accurate, and complete tax filings of all US and Canadian federal, state, provincial returns, supporting workpapers and journal entries as well as any correspondence and/or audits with these jurisdictions. You will be responsible for the preparation of the global income tax
