Tom's of Maine is seeking a Making Technician to manufacture natural oral care products while meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals. The role supports the Making Area through Factory Performance & Reliability program elements such as visual workplace, equipment operating maintenance, and continuous improvement. This is a 1st Shift position with working hours of 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday with occasional pre-scheduled overtime work as needed. Core Responsibilities: Operate large-scale Mixing equipment to achieve production targets with minimal waste and downtime. Build batch pallets and maintain efficiency of workflow via weighing, charging and cleaning activities throughout the Making Area during shift. Support efforts to minimize downtime and reduce Batch Cycle Time (BCT).
