About this role
Senior Semiconductor Metrology Engineer Sherman, TX, United States Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Senior Semiconductor Metrology Engineer to lead an expansion of our inline metrology capabilities at our Sherman, TX facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in both high-volume semiconductor manufacturing and advanced materials characterization methodologies. This person will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires the identification of critical variables that will drive improvements in quality and yield for both R&D efforts and manufacturing. The ability to work independently with minimum supervision while managing assigned projects, tasks, and schedules is key. Additional support staff will be available to assist with analysis of high volumes of material utilizing numerous measurement systems.
