Senior Product & Yield Device Engineer Sherman, TX, United States Job Summary: We are seeking a highly capable and technically rigorous Senior Product & Yield Device Engineer to join our high-volume optoelectronic device manufacturing operation. Our factory is a world-leading producer of advanced optoelectronic devices serving consumer and data communications markets. This role is responsible for full product-level technical ownership spanning compound semiconductor epitaxy, wafer fabrication, test, inspection, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate combines deep semiconductor device physics expertise with strong statistical rigor and structured problem-solving ability. This is a hands-on technical ownership role - not a passive metric-reporting function. We are looking for a technical leader who independently decomposes complex, multi-variable yield problems, applies first-principles physics and data analytics, and drives sustainable corrective actions across the entire manufacturing flow - from epitaxial growth through final shipment.
