About this role

Lead NPI Engineer - Optical Components Dallas, TX, United States Job Summary: Responsible for designing, documenting, and deploying new thermal and thermoelectric-based products into the Optical Components market to meet customer specifications, timelines, and cost targets. Engages directly with key strategic customers within the Optical Components market. Proactively manages multiple projects by addressing potential technical/schedule risks through the application of sound engineering principles, project management tools, and problem-solving approaches. Employment at the Dallas site includes potential contact with raw materials, products, equipment / machines, software or technology controlled by the Export Administration Regulations or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. The job must be filled by a U.S. Person, or a person for whom a valid export control license, or exception, has been obtained or is not required form the U.S. Government.
