Etch & Plasma Area Equipment Engineering Manager Sherman, TX, United States Job Summary: The Etch & Plasma Area Equipment Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team of Equipment Engineers and Technicians that supports 2-4 equipment groups (e.g., Ash, PVD, PECVD) within our semiconductor manufacturing sit in Sherman, TX. This includes ownership of tool performance, safety, uptime, and continuous improvement initiatives across assigned modules. The role is both strategic and hands-on - guiding engineers and technicians to solve complex problems, improve processes, and develop technical and leadership capability within the team.
