The Director, Operations & RGMX, HR plays a pivotal role in translating Europe OU and regional strategy into locally relevant, action oriented commercial, portfolio, and execution plans for the local market. This role carries shared accountability for country performance by shaping key choices, driving integrated system plans, and ensuring operational and RGMX excellence across the market. Operating as a networked leader , this role influences a wide ecosystem-bottler partners, marketing, commercial, finance, supply chain, S&I, and broader OU teams-to deliver strong, predictable performance and unlock sustainable revenue and margin growth. Scope • Geography: Croatia; collaboration across CCH region and Europe OU. • System: Works closely with the bottler and KO system partners. • Team: Part of a networked OU/market team including Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, S&I, and bottler stakeholders.
