About the role: We're looking for a hands-on Licensed Technician Team Lead to join our vehicle reconditioning facility on the evening shift (Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM). This role combines technical expertise with floor leadership, supporting the team to ensure vehicles move through the reconditioning pipeline efficiently while meeting quality and safety standards. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment, leads from the floor, and is equally comfortable diagnosing and repairing vehicles
