Operations Compliance Program Senior Analyst Houston, Texas, United States What The Role Is We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Compliance Program Analyst to join our Continuous Improvement Team. This role has two primary areas of focus: (1) owning and maturing Clearway's GO 167-C compliance program - the CPUC regulation governing maintenance, operation, and safety standards for electric generating facilities and energy storage systems - and (2) serving as the organizational representative for lessons learned across the fleet. The ideal candidate brings operational knowledge of power generation facilities, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate across site teams, engineering, legal, and regulatory stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing - GO 167-C Compliance Program Ownership: Own and mature Clearway's GO 167-C compliance program across the fleet. Develop consistent processes and documentation standards - including Maintenance and Operation Plan Summaries, certifications, Logbook Verified Statements, and safety incident reports - in coordination with site teams, regional managers, and the compliance/legal function. - Regulatory Reporting & RFI Response: Serve as the internal lead for all GO 167-C and CAISO regulatory reporting and data requests. Coordinate across site operations, engineering, SCADA, HSE, and legal to gather required documentation and analysis.
