The Opportunity As we build a sustainably profitable company focused on long-term founder success, we're seeking results-driven BDRs to generate qualified opportunities for our revenue team. Key Responsibilities - Drive net-new pipeline through strategic prospecting and outbound activities - Research and identify decision-makers using multiple channels (LinkedIn, professional networks, industry publications) - Execute personalized multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, video, social) - Engage directly with C-suite and senior executives at high-growth eCommerce companies - Consistently meet or exceed monthly qualified opportunity targets - Qualify prospects using established sales methodology and handoff seamlessly to Account Executives - Stay current on eCommerce industry trends, challenges, and terminology - Track and analyze outreach performance metrics to continuously optimize results Qualifications - 1-2 years of BDR experience, bonus for financial services experience - Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Experience with Account Based Marketing/Selling approaches - Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior executives - Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization abilities - Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments - Genuine passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed What We Offer - Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure - Comprehensive benefits including medical/dental insurance - Tech stipend
