You will drive top-of-funnel talent strategy across CLEAR's Corporate and Technical teams, building diverse, high-quality pipelines that fuel our growth. You will lead proactive sourcing efforts, engage passive talent, and deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience. What you'll do: Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across G+A and Technical roles (Growth, Marketing, Finance, Data, Engineering, Product, Design, etc.) Develop and nurture talent pipelines through research, outreach campaigns, and ongoing candidate engagement Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to align on role requirements and translate market insights into sourcing strategies Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening conversations to assess alignment and generate interest Leverage market data, talent mapping, and competitive insights to identify target companies and sourcing channel How you'll measure success: Pipeline quality and conversion rates from sourced candidates Time to present qualified candidates for open roles Candidate engagement rates across outreach campaigns Contribution and impact to overall hiring goals, like reducing Time to Fill What you're great at: Experience in sourcing or recruiting within a high-volume agency or in-house
