As a Lead PM, you will lead the strategy and execution of CLEAR1's Workforce solution, enabling scalable, efficient, and high-performing operations that power seamless member experiences. What you'll do: Own the product strategy and roadmap for CLEAR1's Workforce identity solution, driving scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and member experience Translate complex national, governmental and regulatory requirements into clear product direction, building compelling business and security cases for enhancements Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver intuitive, high-impact products on time and within budget Shape company-level strategy by articulating current and future state capabilities of Workforce systems and identifying opportunities for innovation Represent CLEAR externally with customers, partners, and stakeholders to align on product vision and drive adoption How you'll
