Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to play a key role in supporting People Operations. The successful candidate will assist with onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, employee lifecycle processes, and day-to-day employee inquiries. This position acts as an important point of contact for employees while helping maintain efficient and accurate HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants exposure to: - Employee lifecycle operations - HR systems - Compliance processes - Employee Support - Process Improvement Key Responsibilities Employee Onboarding & Offboarding - Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and system setup - Manage employee records and ensure completion of required paperwork - Coordinate offboarding activities, including exit documentation and system access removal HR Administration - Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and documentation - Manage employee status changes
