Claim Health replaces this fragmentation with an intelligent, software-driven platform that unifies data, automates execution, and enables real-time decision-making across revenue-critical operations. ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring an Operations Associate to help design, build, and scale the core operational processes that power Claim Health. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting or startup operations who enjoys ambiguity, systems thinking, and working directly with customers. You'll sit at the intersection of customer success, product, and engineering - owning implementations, tracking key metrics, and turning real-world complexity into scalable, repeatable workflows.
