Service Representative Eyewash/WaterBreak Posting Country United States | Posting Location New Jersey Requisition Number: 223139 Job Description Cintas is hiring for a Service Representative in Training/Bench for our Eyewash/WaterBreak line of products. This role will provide customers with a service that thoroughly cleans and sanitizes their eyewash stations and WaterBreak water and ice units using the tools provided in our comprehensive training programs. You'll be operating all equipment and performing work in a safe manner in accordance with all safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices. In addition to servicing these products, you will also sell the complete Eyewash and WaterBreak line of products to Cintas First Aid and Safety (FAS) customers. Key Responsibilities Include: Training: Actively participate in on-the-job training which will culminate with a comprehensive hands-on certification. Timely Service: Service customers according to a well-planned calendar, ensuring customers are not serviced outside their scheduled service frequency. Customer Service: Establish & maintain a rapport with each customer contact to prevent lost business. Resolve customer concerns by developing a problem resolution plan and communicating issues to the customer. Strive to improve the product, systems or services provided to the customer. Safety and Sanitation: Perform a function check as well as clean and sanitize the outside of the WaterBreak water and ice units.
