Wastewater Technician (D Shift - 06:00PM-06:30AM), every other weekend required.) Job Location (country) Summary The Water Resource Recovery Facility Technician monitors the waste treatment processes by performing lab analysis, interpreting data, performing inspections, and adjusting, as necessary. They will be required to work indoors and outdoors and may be exposed to noisy machinery, unpleasant odors, and potential hazards like slippery walkways and dangerous gases. Responsibilities Monitor, record, and interpret meter readings Monitor and analyze RO water Ability to understand verbal and/or written instructions Perform required lab analysis, interpret, and record accurately Ability to collect samples Monitor HMI system and make necessary adjustments Ability to work weekends and holidays Monitor and adjust the DAF's and centrifuge and make repairs as needed Inventory of all chemicals and record accurately Perform necessary calculations accurately Perform preventative and corrective maintenance as assigned Safely change out chemical totes and refill bulk chemical tanks Complete other tasks as needed Follow Chobani safety practices and GMPs Requirements Wastewater Treatment Class 1 license or ability to obtain within 1 year 2-4 years of experience in Wastewater or Process/Utilities operations preferred 1-2 years' laboratory analysis experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability Computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook) HMI Experience Demonstrate good communications skills, decision-making abilities, and interpersonal skills Forklift certified or ability to o
