Project Manager, Engineering Job Location (country) Summary Chobani is a rapidly growing company with a large annual capital spend. The Engineering/Project Management team is responsible for defining project scopes, developing project budgets, and coordinating the execution of capital projects related to new product launches, equipment upgrades, facilities, utility infrastructure, and maintenance. This role will manage small to large scale capital projects at the New Berlin, NY facility. The position requires high responsibility, effective communication skills, leadership, decision-making ability, and self-sufficiency. This role has a responsibility for ensuring personnel safety, food safety, and quality of Chobani products. Responsibilities Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management, end users, and key team members. Create work breakdown structures, capital expenditure requests, handle budgets, forecasts, and facilitate asset creation. Create and implement a detailed work plan which identifies the sequence of activities needed to successfully complete the project. Select and handle the resources required to complete the project. Contract qualified consultants as appropriate. Set the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion. Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project. Perform proper organizational change practices.
