About this role
Full-Stack Engineer, Multiplayer San Francisco, CA, USA About the role We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help build some of Chime's newest and most impactful member experiences within our Spending, Savings & Investing organization. This role will contribute to Multiplayer projects such as Joint & Teen accounts - enabling shared financial experiences for families, as well as new initiatives exploring next-generation banking infrastructure that can improve speed, flexibility, and access to financial products. These efforts introduce new financial product constructs and require evolving core account systems while delivering seamless member experiences. You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to ship scalable, reliable features that support millions of Chime members. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $133,000 and up to $184,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. In this role, you can expect to - Independently own and deliver feature-level work end-to-end, from implementation through testing and deployment - Build product features across backend services and client applications - Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver member-facing capabilities - Write clean, reliable, and maintainable code across services and client applications - Participate in code reviews and contribute to design discussions and implementation planning - Contribute to improving performance, reliability, and scalability of systems - Work across teams to support the evolution of core systems and
