About the Role Truework, recently acquired by Checkr, provides access to crucial employment, income information, and asset information needed for mortgage loans, apartment rentals, background checks, and more. As a QA Specialist, you will safeguard the integrity of Truework verifications by auditing HR Reports and Outreach workflows for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and professionalism. You'll apply rulesets used in Report QA (identity/entity matching, data consistency/completeness, correctness), and assess adherence to Smart Outreach cadences across phone, email, and fax.
