Aspiring Talent Academy. Our Aspiring Talent Academy is an entry level, part-time paid internship for students who have completed their junior year of college credits by their cohort start date. During this program, you will join our Client Service and Support (CS&S) team, receive on-the-job training, and gain real-world experience by providing world class service to Schwab clients. Program requirements. 20-hour work week commitment. Monday, 8am-4:30pm Wednesday, 8am-4:30pm Friday, 8am-12pm Work on-site at a Schwab corporate office: Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Denver, Omaha, or Phoenix. What you will gain. Peer-to-peer collaboration. Develop alongside a cohort of peers, share best practices, and work together to create a final presentation to senior leaders.
