Role Overview - Own outbound shipping, logistics execution, and material movement. - Ensure accurate, compliant, and on-time delivery of all shipments. - Manage domestic, international, and internal logistics flows. Responsibilities - Shipping Execution - - Pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments. - Generate and manage all shipping documentation (BOL, invoices, export docs). - Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers. - Logistics & Freight Management - - Coordinate with freight forwarders for domestic and international shipments. - Optimize shipping methods, costs, and delivery timelines. - Manage shipment tracking and issue resolution. - RMAs, RTVs & Internal Transfers - - Process RMAs (returns from customers) and RTVs (returns to vendors) . - Manage reverse logistics workflows and documentation. - Execute internal material transfers between sites or functions. - Packaging & Compliance - - Ensure proper packaging for protection, compliance, and transport requirements. - Maintain compliance with
