In this role, you will leverage data to inform critical decisions about our workforce, improve employee experience, and drive organizational effectiveness. You will operate as both a data expert and a strategic partner-working cross-functionally with People, Finance, and business leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to directly influence how organizations scale and perform.
