Role Overview We are looking for a highly analytical and mission-driven People Data Analyst to join our HR team. In this role, you will leverage data to inform critical decisions about our workforce, improve employee experience, and drive organizational effectiveness. You will operate as both a data expert and a strategic partner-working cross-functionally with People, Finance, and business leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to directly influence how organizations scale and perform.
