Role Overview: As the S&T Capture Manager, you will build and lead CHAOS' R&D-focused business with DoD and U.S. Government labs and innovation organizations. You will identify and shape early-stage opportunities, align CHAOS technical capabilities to customer problem sets, and drive capture execution from initial customer engagement through award. You will operate upstream of programs of record. You will develop relationships, shape problem framing, and build transition pathways that connect lab-sponsored R&D to operational sponsors and follow-on funding. You will partner closely with CHAOS engineering teams to ensure customer priorities inform internal roadmaps, and coordinate with Service Growth Leads (Army, Air Force, Navy, etc.) where relevant to expand opportunities and accelerate transition.
