Position Overview : We are seeking a highly technical Director of Systems Engineering to lead the core electrical hardware, systems, and software development of our next-generation products, while providing ongoing systems engineering leadership for our current core products. In this role, you will be the primary technical leader responsible for translating complex user needs into robust system architectures. You will directly manage and scale a multi-disciplinary team encompassing Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Software/Embedded Linux. Crucially, you will oversee complete system integration, ensuring seamless interaction across the hardware and software stack, while guiding key external integrations and development partners.
