Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (RN) Ann Arbor, Michigan, United States Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (RN) Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one clinical care for a pediatric patient in a home setting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pediatric seizure management. Clinical Requirements & Responsibilities - Seizure Management: Monitoring and intervention for epilepsy; proven pediatric seizure experience is required. - G-Tube Care: Administration of scheduled feedings and medications via Gastrostomy tube. - Ostomy Care: Routine management and maintenance of an ostomy bag. - Assessment: Continuous monitoring of respiratory and neurological status 🕒 Shift Times - 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM - Monday - 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM- Wednesday - 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM- Wednesday & Sunday - 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM- Thursday Responsibilities - Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care) - Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs - Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) - Communicate with families and care teams - Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care Schedule & Pay - Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available - Day, night, and weekend shifts - Weekly pay + optional daily pay - Competitive pay based on experience Why Work at Centria? ✅ 1:1 Patient Care ✅ Flexible scheduling ✅ Paid training and shadow shifts ✅ 24/7 clinical support ✅ Career advancement opportunities ✅ Health benefits and PTO for eligible employees Qualifications - Active RN or LPN license in the state
