The Role: As the Director of Value Engineering (FSI) , you will lead the Financial Services practice for North America. You will serve as the strategic leader for the vertical, partnering with Sales Leadership to define the regional value agenda and orchestrating a multi-disciplinary team to drive end-to-end customer value journeys. You will lead a diverse organization-ranging from strategic Industry Partners to technical execution teams-to translate high-level institutional goals (e.g., Capital Efficiency, Operational Resilience, Combined Ratio optimization) into realized P&L impact.
