Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Learning, the Learning & Development Specialist is a core member of the Talent Centre of Excellence (COE) at Celestica dedicated to supporting employee development and growth across all regions. The role focuses on learning program design, development and implementation, program coordination, and enhancement of global talent development programs and initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to translate business needs into high-impact learning interventions and training assets, while gaining in-depth knowledge and experience in people and culture strategies for globally diverse client groups. Detailed Description This role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Learning, but will also support and receive direction from the other leaders on the HR COE team.
