Detailed Description EAR & AI Program Execution: Enforce strict compliance with the EAR for high-performance GPUs and AI nodes. Manage export restrictions-specifically regarding Regional Stability (RS) and Anti-Terrorism (AT) controls-to ensure no unauthorized exports occur to Country Group D:5 restricted countries. AI & Advanced Tech Compliance: Monitor, interpret, and apply complex export regulations related to emerging AI server architectures. Site Controls & TCPs: Implement and administer Technology Control Plans (TCPs) for US manufacturing and design site
