With Celestica's HPS and ATS divisions expanding into advanced AI servers and military/dual-use design, this position is vital for ensuring strict adherence to both the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). This specialist will drive the management of U.S. Department of Commerce controls and safeguard secure collaboration across all global design teams. Detailed Description EAR & AI Program Execution: Enforce strict compliance with the EAR for high-performance GPUs and AI nodes. Manage export restrictions-specifically regarding Regional Stability (RS) and Anti-Terrorism (AT) controls-to ensure no unauthorized exports occur to Country Group D:5 restricted countries. AI & Advanced Tech Compliance: Monitor, interpret, and apply complex export regulations related to emerging AI server architectures. Site Controls & TCPs: Implement and administer Technology Control Plans (TCPs) for US manufacturing and design site
