How you will make an impact Working with large Minnesota-regional and national clients to solve the most interesting engineering challenges in the water / wastewater industry. Designing pipeline assessment, rehabilitation and replacement projects for potable water and wastewater systems. Providing engineering support during design and construction for major regional water treatment projects. Leading design tasks by engaging directly with stakeholders throughout capital project design and construction phases. Participating in project management tasks such as defining scope, managing budgets, and project coordination. Meeting with existing and prospective clients to support our sales team and facilitate the pursuit of current and upcoming project opportunities. Enhancing your technical expertise through collaboration with leading professionals within the organization. Technical development opportunities include involvement in industry-leading projects, participation in research and development initiatives, and engagement in conferences. Providing mentorship to junior staff through structured guidance, work assignments, and technical reviews.
