As an integral member of this team, you will contribute to CDM Smith's success by: Responsibilities Working as a Task Leader supporting site design projects nationwide. Managing technical aspects, ensuring accuracy, and driving the technical vision of projects. Ensuring compliance with regulations and that firm policies are followed Conducting site inspections, proposal creation, and client meetings Mentoring junior staff, offering technical guidance, and supervising their work Developing project design criteria, alignments, grading plans, utility and drainage plans, construction plans, construction specifications, and cost estimates Writing of technical reports Site grading and drainage Utility coordination Utility design (water, sewer, etc.) Paving and grading Erosion control and stormwater management Green Infrastructure and Geotechnical considerations Completing Hydrologic and Hydraulic analysis of drainage systems and design of stormwater management Delivering site design projects from initiation through final design
