About this role

Building Information Modeler (BIM) 6 As Lead Modeler, this role will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing BIM workflows across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless coordination between various disciplines such as architecture, civil, mechanical, electrical, and process. The role requires strong expertise in BIM applications, effective collaboration with global stakeholders, and the ability to serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from India GTSG. The BIM Lead will drive digital transformation in design and engineering, enhancing project efficiency, interoperability, and innovation. Job Description • Lead the development and maintenance of detailed 3D models systems using advanced features of BIM Applications. • Collaborate with project teams to ensure models meet project requirements and standards. • Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within the models. • Generate construction documents, including plans, sections, and details from the 3D models. • Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated and accurate models. • Provide technical support and guidance to junior modelers and other team members. • Review and validate models for accuracy and completeness. • Attend and lead client coordination and review meetings, providing expert insights on BIM processes and project progress. • Mentor and train junior modelers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Establish and enforce BIM standards, guidelines, and best practices across teams. • Utilize Dynamo to automate repetitive tasks and enhance modeling efficiency. • Manage internal and global stakeholder relationships, facilitating smooth BIM execution and project alignment. • Demonstrate strong understanding and experience in delivering LOD 200
